Shipping and Delivery
• Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout or in quotation.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to customs, logistics, or force majeure are not PRE’s responsibility.
• Consumers purchasing online will be provided full shipping costs, timelines, and return rights prior to order confirmation.
Warranty
• Manufacturer warranty applies to all products.
• Warranty service is FOB Leduc, Alberta unless otherwise specified.
• For consumers, warranty rights are in addition to statutory protections under Alberta and Canadian law.
Returns and Cancellations
• B2B Sales: All sales are final. Cancellations may be subject to restocking fees (minimum 15%).
• B2C Sales: Consumers may cancel within the cooling-off period (if applicable) or return products as required by law where goods are defective, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet statutory standards. Return authorization is required.

• B2C: Indemnity obligations do not apply to individual consumers, as limited by the Alberta Consumer Protection Act.

• PRE may terminate these Terms and Conditions and all matters related to them, including the Website itself and any or all access to it, at any time. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Website. PRE may immediately terminate your access for conduct it considers unacceptable or in breach of these Terms.
